Focus on Inspur World Enterprise Session: Lean Interconnection and Digital Intelligence

In light of the Internet era, cloud computing, big data and other new IT technologies are driving the great reforms of our time. Traditional business modes are facing great impacts. How can an enterprise restructure itself actively in order to avoid sinking into a disadvantaged condition?

In the morning on October 24th, the special forum on enterprise intelligence reconfiguration of the Inspur World 2014 was launched towards the enterprise market. During the forum, discussions were carried out and experiences shared on the new hot spots of enterprise informatization, technologies and route updating; the general framework of Inspur enterprise informatization was summarized and the enterprise cloud solution was depicted generally. This is the second time for Inspur to summarize the enterprise informatization architecture, further clarify its future strategic position and go all out to explore the enterprise market after the informatization strategy release meeting early this year.

Meanwhile, the Internet is deeply affecting the reforms of various industries and the informatization reform of enterprises is going on unwittingly. “Enterprise informatization is developing from lean to Internet era”, said Inspur executive president Wang Xingshan during the meeting. He also proposed three steps for an enterprise to go Internet, i.e. “lean internal organization, external interconnection and digital intelligence”, and deepen the big data reforms and reconstruct the enterprise. He pointed out the lean management was still required in the Internet era because internal and external measures should be taken simultaneously.

Special lectures were also given on core subjects of lean management, i.e. management accounting, hot spot application mode financial sharing service center, E-commerce, data and commercial analysis and other innovation applications, with an aim to assist corporate users to find the best solutions to management informatization and arouse the resonance of all participants. It has become a highlight of the Inspur World meeting.

Facilitate the development of interconnection in three steps, i.e. lean management, interconnection and digital intelligence

The three steps for an enterprise to go Internet as proposed by Inspur are “lean internal management, external interconnection and digital intelligence”, i.e. promote enterprise restructuring and innovation through integration of internal and external data on the basis of lean internal management and external interconnection.

In 2000, Inspur once cooperated with multiple organizations to hold a workshop on the financial management mode in the Internet era during which discussions were made on the new approaches to strengthen and improve financial and capital management in the Internet era.
